You can drop passengers off at the leaving level at T1 Sydney International Airport. To help keep this sector crowding-free and make sure other passengers get to their flights on time, we ask that you stop for no more than one minute. To help keep the airport section safe and secure, you must remain with your vehicle and only use this area to drop off passengers.
There are two options to drop passengers off from 6.30 am – 9.30 am every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. If you’re travelling from Airport Drive you can make your way to the P6 car park to leave passengers off. If you’re travelling to the airport from Marsh Street you’ll continue along Departures Plaza to drop off.
When you’re dropping off disabled passengers, clearly signed selected areas are available in the passenger to drop off area. Please note that drivers must remain with the vehicle at all times. If your passenger needs assistance accessing the terminal, we recommend an additional person attends to assist while you remain in the car. To reduce crowding and make sure that other passengers get to their flights on time, we ask that you stop for no more than five minutes in these areas.

Blu Emu Car Park Free for one hour
Directions for arriving passengers: Find the complimentary Blu Emu bus stops outside the Domestic terminals. The shuttle leaves every 10-15 minutes. Allow plenty of travel time during peak traffic times.
Directions for drivers: If you’re coming along the M5 heading east, look out for the Blu Emu Car Park sign on the left. Turn left into Butler Road at the BP service station.b If you’re coming from the Domestic precinct, you can access Blu Emu Car Park via Ross Smith Avenue – lookout for the signage.
